Day 1: VW Kombi Van

Here’s to finally getting around to giving a shit about maintaining my website, so bonus points there I guess.

Anyway today is Day 1 of hopefully 30 Days of Animation, it’s like those obnoxious 30 days of drawing things that are everywhere each new year but better because this shit can move. There’s no inspiration list or goals beyond trying my best to animate something each day for the next 30 days no matter how small, I fell in love rushing to make random little shit but since I started university I haven’t really animated anything for the hell of it, well nothing that hasn’t gotten buried under a pile of other responsibilities.

I ended up animating a little VW Kombi Van in an hour or so today because I’ve spent most of the last week watching a guy on youtube restoring them. Which has inspired me to at least begin to plan the restoration of my van currently sitting in my parents backyard.
